The Maharashtra government announced a complete toll waiver for cars at all five toll booths in Mumbai. The toll waiver will bring relief to people travelling in and out of Mumbai via Dahisar, LBS Road-Mulund, Eastern Express Highway-Mulund, Airoli Creek Bridge and Vashi.
The waiver, effective midnight, is being seen as a way to impress the middle class ahead of the upcoming state elections.
